It is no secret that Kids These Days are a favorite here at The Society. From the first listen you could tell these group of kids had something special. As the last couple years have progressed, their quality and innovative sound have only gotten better. I am not the only one that thinks so as these guys are getting tons of buzz from other artists within the industry who want to collaborate with them. Just last week they performed on Conan absolutely nailed it. Being that they are Chicago natives, they decided to put their twist on Kanye’s hit “Flashing Lights”. Is is better? I’ll leave that decision up to you. I will say this though, with the live instrumentation, I feel like there is a whole other level that is added that doesn’t take place within Kanye’s original version. Plus, who doesn’t love a bunch of horns blasting in the background accompanied by some back up vocals from the lone lady in the group. The whole group as a whole is just too Swanky. Enough Chatter.
